We're back again with another episode of Transparency Tuesday, where we'll bring you bits of our #beyondtheseams (BTS) from every collection, what's happening with the company and the LtD team. This week, we'll be highlighting on Return & Exchange Policy.
You know, be it online or at boutique(s), shopping sure is fun (no argument there, Ladies!). But sometimes, when it arrives at your doorstep, there might be a slight chance that it doesn't fit you well (#tailoredfitmatters) and you feel that you should have bought that other size or design instead. Fret not, ladies, our retailers do provide Return & Exchange service. PHEWW!
1. Fashion Valet's Return Policy
If the returns tag is still attached and item is in unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back:
For online purchase via www.fashionvalet.com, within:
a) 30 days from arrival of package for local delivery
b) 30 days from arrival for overseas delivery
You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification from FV will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are returnable and exchangeable subject to stock availability. Items that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If the item does not fit, you can always email to exchange it to another size, subject to the stock availability. If the requested size is not in stock, FV will give you store credit of the item's value. They can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do take note that their working hours are weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.
Their return policy is only applicable for a defective and damaged item. They do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached.
Buyer will bear the cost of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must contact Modvier within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products.
Isn't it easy to shop without feeling worried whether the dress will fit you or not? But should you receive a dress with visible defect(s), please do exchange it via the same retailer you've purchased from... And don't forget to report it to us at email@example.com. This will definitely help us in producing better quality and workmanship for our next collection.
